Riding Safari Club X Her Way Forward

Her Way Forward hosted our inaugural event In collaboration with Riding Safari Club at Casa Cipriani in New York City. The conversations centered on the importance of connection in a world increasingly driven by technology and social media, and on how community can empower women leaders to find the support they need. We also explored the grounding power of nature, how spending time outdoors can help us reconnect and find balance amidst the noise of modern life. 

Our panelists included Ginevra Rossini and Irene Ferrari, co-founders of Riding Safari Club, launched in 2022. Ginevra and Irene spoke about the importance of staying true to your values and ensuring they align with your brand’s growth.

Our third panelist, Karen Polle, is a professional show jumper partnered with distinguished brands such as Hermès and Rolex. Karen shared the importance of maintaining balance while competing at such an elite level and explained how connecting with nature through her horse provides much needed respite amidst the challenges. 

The discussion was moderated by Jordan Ricciardi, the director of financial education for her way forward, who brought a distinctive perspective through her expertise in wealth management.
