Her Way Forward was founded on a simple belief: community is everything.

Who you celebrate with, who you build with, who you share your wins with, it all matters. With this in mind, Kayla Rockefeller set out to create a platform that honors women who have taken a leap of faith to build something meaningful on their own.

Celebration within Her Way Forward takes many forms. We host events and experiences rooted in intentional connection, intentional curation, and intentional growth. By bringing these gatherings to life in unique and inspiring settings, alongside some of the world’s most esteemed entrepreneurs, creatives, athletes, and more, we’re able to expand our mission and uplift women from all walks of life.

We also aim to raise awareness and help brands gain traction through MEET HER interviews that spotlight powerhouse women and share their stories across social media.

Lastly, HER believes we all have a responsibility to create positive change and that we can accomplish far more together than we ever could alone. By collaborating with impactful nonprofit organizations and philanthropic causes, we have the opportunity to make meaningful, lasting contributions to our communities.
